There are 3 main differences that make Kaizen one of the best youth baseball development centers in DFW
The issue with most 1 on 1 trianing is it isn’t challenging enough. When the athlete isn’t challenged enough in practice, improvements stop and they are left ill-prepared for the game.
Challenging Practice
All coaches are full-time, employed professionals. This means no part-time coaches with limited experience.
Professional Coaching
We pride ourselves on providing true support for our athletes. We aren’t there to only help during your training sessions. From creating plans for at home practicing or going over game video, we’ll be there every step of the way

Our 1-on-1 sessions cover ages 8-18. Though most of our High School pitchers participate in our HS Pitchers Development Program. Information for that is above!

Yes, training in-season is very important as it makes sure the progress gained over the offseason doesn’t backslide, along with continuing to improve. It also increases the amount of training time available each year by 33%, allowing us to make more progress over the course of a year.
